What’s going to happen if I book my cake with you, and I need to cancel my wedding/party due to no one coming due to COVID-19?
That is the question, isn’t it? We definitely want to come at this with love and grace, but still honor our business in the process. We want to still be here in the future to service all of those clients that support us with their business. I was just chatting with the rest of the board of The National Association of Catering and Events and what are best practices. After taking their input into account, as well as our own experiences, we have come up with this policy:
