In a microwave save bowl add:
4 oz chopped chocolate (dark or semi-sweet)
3 oz heavy cream
Microwave until it boils.
For most microwaves, this will be 1 minute.
Then, stir until silky smooth.
If it isn’t completely melted, microwave 15 seconds longer and stir again.
Let cool until it feels warm but not hot.
Use for dipping, dripping, and garnishing
If it isn’t sweet enough for you, add 1-2 tsp agave nectar.
